Geddon Bey provides made to order apparel and accessories through GeddonBey.co.uk. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

Products

Every item is produced individually. Product descriptions, colours, and sizing information are shown on each product page. Minor variations in print colour, print size, and placement may occur due to the nature of made to order production.

Ordering

Orders are accepted subject to availability. We begin production once an order is received. Made to order items cannot be dispatched until they have been produced.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed on the website. We may update prices without notice, but any change applies only to new orders. Payment is taken at the point of order.

Shipping

We use fully plastic free packaging, including paper mailing bags and paper based protective materials where required. Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for safe delivery transfers to the carrier. If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us so we can put it right.

Production

Items are made individually to reduce waste and avoid mass production. Small differences from the product images are part of the process.

Returns and Refunds

As items are made to order, we cannot accept returns for sizing errors or change of mind. We provide detailed sizing guidance on each product page to support accurate ordering. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, we will replace or refund it. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours unless production has already started. Once an item enters production, cancellation is no longer possible.

Intellectual Property

All designs, product images, and content on GeddonBey.co.uk belong to Geddon Bey. You may not reproduce or use them without permission.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the item purchased. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Events Outside Our Control

We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the English courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in place at the time of your order applies to that order.

Marketing

We do not add customers to marketing lists without their clear consent. You will only receive marketing emails if you actively sign up. You can unsubscribe at any time. We never sell, trade, or share your personal data.
